Chinese ASAT Event

The Chinese have denied that they want an arms race in space, despite their actions. Reminds me of a four-year-old - their words do not match their actions. They have unilaterally put many nation's space assets at risk, not just ours. Their behavior is suspect and needs to be met with a global response. Though they say they do not want an arms race in space, they may have started one. The debris from their destroyed satellite circles still and maybe on a collision course with the humans living in space.
